Solana overview
How the Solana workspace works: pump.fun launches, Jito bundles and the snipe wave.
The Solana workspace launches pump.fun tokens. The dev wallet creates the token and buys first, and up to 8 more wallets buy in the same Jito bundle, so all of it lands in block 0 or none of it does. After that, more bundle wallets (up to 100 in total) and up to 200 snipe wallets buy within the next few blocks.

Why 8 wallets in block 0?
A Jito bundle holds at most 5 transactions. TokenBundle uses one for the dev wallet's create + buy (with the tip), which leaves 4, and packs 2 buyers into each - 8 wallets in block 0. Bundle wallets beyond that, and snipe wallets, go out packed in follow-up bundles right after the launch is confirmed (the dev wallet pays one 0.005 SOL tip per follow-up bundle).
